My stay at Campago Resort Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was quite remote, which made it a little challenging to find, but once there, the views of Bukittinggi and the surrounding mountains were stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use a refresh. Overall, it provided good value for the price I paid.

I chose Campago Resort Hotel hoping for a quiet retreat, but I was disappointed by the constant noise from events that blasted disco music starting at 6 AM. The rooms were large with wooden floors, but they felt dilapidated for the price I paid. On the upside, the breakfast was decent, and the driver they arranged for me was fantastic, which helped salvage my experience. Overall, I wouldn't return here for a peaceful stay. 😟

The amazing views of Bukittinggi and the comfortable atmosphere were nice. yet the noise from group activities in the mornings was quite disruptive. I appreciated the friendly service, but the overall state of the rooms left much to be desired.
